Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.

- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Cancellations/Refunds:
- Any order that has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to you within 7-10 days.

- Other reasons for cancellation or return will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for the complete Cancellation Policy.

- Used products cannot be returned or refunded due to our hygiene policy.

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please call us and share images of the product. We will arrange a return pickup.

Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days across India. For some specific orders, we offer faster delivery, but these orders must be prepaid and located in Delhi NCR.
